emails account wont display properly on new laptop

When i try to open up my btconnect account on my new laptop i can log in but then the page that opens had a white bat across the centre saying 'loading' no matter how long i leave it it doesnt load. the side and top bar (where your click to show inbox or sent messages ect) shows but do nothing when i click on them

Hi,

 

This is known issue with Internet Explorer 9 and BT Business webmail.

 

What you need to is turn on Compatibility View for our website, or use another browser.

That is right. Use the latest version of Mozilla Firefox which works perfectly with it.
