problems receiving non bt emails

Is anyone else experiencing problems receiving emails from non BT connect emails.  I can receive Microsoft Outlook Test messages but no other emails.

Hi ljp71,

I would advise to contact the helpdesk to get them to check your account and email address to make sure everything is alright. the best way for a fast response would be through out chat service although you can contact us on the phone too.
