I have followed the exact instructions on BT's website for setting up a PC client for my btconnect email but it does not seem to work. It appears to logon to the server ok but when in tries to send a test message it comes back with
"None of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server"
Anyone got any ideas?
I have two btinternet addresses working fine with this outlook package.

Just to check was this the link you were looking at Setting up Mail Client?
I would also just like to check that it is Outlook express you are using?
