BT Phone won't make calls to anyone but the helpdesk >_<

I really need help with this, it's been going on for AGES. the phone will accept calls but it won't make them.

So there's nothing wrong with the signal, everything is plugged in, we just can't use it.

Any ideas whats wrong? Need fast answers its an emergency

Have you already contacted BT about this matter? They should know it if you want to be helped. But I guess you already did as this case has been posted a few months ago. Cheers!
