I'm getting an error mesage when trying to connect using BT Mobile Broadband USB modem (ZTE MF823).

 

Says '13001 Your mobile device has been disconnected.  Error 633: The modem (or other connecting device) is already in use or is not configured properly.'

 

Can anyone give any pointers on how to sort it?

If you contact the BT mobile services team they will be able to advise how to get this fixed for you.
