Hi all - not sure where to start, but since signing up to BT Mobile for our company (9month ago) we have had nothing but problems. Service cut-offs, technical billing issues, wrong charges, credit notes and invoices mixed up, users being disconnected etc. I have raised the issue numerous times with a general customer services representative (we were never allocated an account manager?!?). All we have are either no reply, failure to address the issue, or blaiming something (usually some other BT department). We have numerous times asked to have the issue escaled to the complaints department in accordance with BT iwns complaints procedure, but with no progress. Have anyone on this forum experiences similar issues and if so, do you have any contact details and or advise?
