upgrade during current contract?

My S710 died today, battery works but phone wont power on, can I get a different replacement phone or am I stuck with another S710?

Managed to call this morning was told new phone will be delivered tomorrow and hand the old one to the driver, all in all not bad when the phone is over 12 months old!

Yes, well I assume a 24 month contract comes with 24 months warranty? I'm using the SIM in my iphone at the moment until I can get time to wait on call to BT.

hmmm

i dont see why they wouldnt get it sorted under warranty. i have a suspicion though that you will be referred to the manufacturer of the phone to get it replaced/fixed. maybe thats just scepticism though
