hi, can't get my grandstream gxp2140 to make or receive calls. connected it to the net and to my pc.
display of time & date on phone screen is correct and i'm connected to the internet on my pc through my phone so everything is set up ok. BT have given me a broadband phone line but i can't get a dial tone so it doesn't work.
i think i may need to set up an account and configure my settings but i don't know how. can anybody help please?
