BT are moving our business mobiles from Vodafone to EE. Information needed

My contract with BT mobile ended on the 3.5.15 and I have not yet decided whether to stay or go elsewhere.  In the meantime BT retentions have called me to tell me they are migrating me over to EE.  They are telling me that this will not enter me into a new contract and my contract details/price will not change.  Could this be true.  Every other mobile company I speak to tell me they cannot do this without entering me into a new contract.  I have emails off the retentions team saying nothing will change and the contract remains the same but I'm now in two minds.  Can anyone help?  Thanks

the reason is because BT Are moving away from using Vodaphone backbone to EE backbone network, (probably in Line with the Purchase of EE being propositioned by BT Right now)

so the contract agreement will be between BT and EE rather then you and BT.

if the retention team have emailed you stating this you have written proof of the agreement too :), so no need to worry
