So I got a PAC Code from my previous provider and provided that to BT Business Mobile, sure enough they have received and as a result my previous supplier has closed the account as the number was ported out.
just 1 slight problem, BT Business Mobile don't seem to have this set up, I've raised this through their complaints but as ever response is extremely slow. Has anyone else had issues like this. The mobile number is one of my main contact numbers which no one can get through on, if anyone calls he number it just rings...I've reset my phone and still it shows the BT provided number not my ported number.

Then, you have to obtain a Porting Form and Customer acquisition Form (CAF). If eligible, then to receive a 'Unique Porting Code'(UPC), send an SMS to the number '1900' from the mobile number that you wish to port, with the text:'PORT'<space > your 10 digits mobile number vivavideomaker

I have tried this but they called not to port from over services and we will provide you better services from Taco Bell Survey. Any suggestion what i have to do now? Do port process or try their services for one month?
