Hello,
I’ve been having ongoing issues with my broadband provider since I upgraded to fibre in early 2024. Despite multiple calls to customer service and being reassured that the problem will be resolved, I’m still being charged for two broadband lines. Each month, I’m told the issue will be fixed, but nothing ever changes, and I’m now facing late payment charges on top of everything. Today, I received an email stating that I owe over £2000, and if I don’t pay, they will take action. I’ve been dealing with this issue for almost a year now. Has anyone had a similar experience with this provider, and can you suggest the best way to escalate my complaint? Is there a direct number or email I can use to get a resolution?
Best Regard,
Frenkline

Hi amy18sanchez
I'm sorry to hear this is still ongoing, can you please send over a private message with some account details so I can look into this for you?

I don't think so that they will listen at all.
