Very sorry about the late reply. You may have already sourced a solution for this - but if not I would recommend contacting the relevant helpdesk. I can provide you the number for the department you would need to speak to - we do have a few cloud departments however. Do you know if you are on a cloud phone/cloud voice/SIP service?
