A week has gone past with no phone line. I’ve called so many times and yet it feels no one can help me. I keep getting passed from one department to another with no one taking responsibility.
I used my business line for telephone orders. I’ve had this line for over 50yrs. Due to the pandemic and being closed for months I now want to resume my business but now it’s going to be difficult without a phone line.
I can’t seem to be able to speak to someone in authority nor be able to get this resolved ASAP!
