Spectacular failure on BT's part to process an order for a new phone

So frustrated with BT sending me round and round in circules, failing to ring back, failing to process an order that I am seriously thinking of leaving them, having had the company account with them for 30 years.

 

You'd think that in this day and age a customer order for a new mobile phone would be an easy fix but apparently not.

 

Order placed 9th August.  Today is the 26th.  Order still hasn't been processed and an unending stream of phones to BT has produced zero results.

 

Spectacularly underwhelmed with BTs customer service.

 

As a shareholder I am not happy.
