i have business line about 2 years-plagued with scam bt calls looking to access pc and amazon fake calls with supposed package scam-----i tried to activate bt call connect several days now-i fill in details of phone and email and authorisation on first page-it then goes to next page and says its locating phone-it then tells me i havent a bt line i need to sign up for one-im with bt 30 years or more-what is the problem? also is there anyway to block with held numbers from even ringing-i have bt1200 set---most of scam calls are with held numbers-5 today so far-their english is getting better by the call and they try to make u think with noise in background they are in a call centre-thanks in advance-couldnt get through to bt chat on line thanks again
