I am just wondering if you could clarify exactly what is happening? The btconnect email should have no link to Sandander, so I am not sure what exactly could be causing that. If you clarify when exactly it pops up with Santander then we may be able to assist you furher. If the account has been compromised, our tech team will be able to help you reset your password and make the account secure again for you.
