Why does this  order show in my account as completed, yet I have not recieved any hardware ( phones

BT Cloud Voice - BT Yealink W52P DECT Phone BS  x 5 and BT Cloud Voice HP 2530-8G PoE LAN Switch x 1) since the line was put in on the 13th July 2017.. I assume we are paying for this so let get what we payed for please??
