BT 8600 - Nothing to say when line busy.

Just got the BT 8600 quad set for my works office and I have a real annoyance.

When someone is busy on the line the other 3 phones have no icon/message displayed to warn you of this, so other staff try to make a call when the line is busy completely unaware of the fact.

There must be a setting for this?

Update:

So on the base unit the bottom blue light flashes if line is busy but it doesn't happen on the other handsets. Is it supposed to? There must be some indication the line is in use.
