Newly Installed versatility with 4 x analog lines, 1 programming phone and 4 analog phones.
The 4 analog phones, when you place an outgoing call I can watch the call ring once on my mobile before i hear ring tone on the analog device. This is causing a huge issue for my customer when dialing companies that have a receptionist on auto answer - the receptionist is talking before the analog phone is connecting to speach path.
This occurs on all 4 lines - on all 4 analog phones. Every time.
This does not occur on the programming phone.
Nothing specific to the type of analog devices as my test butt gets the same result.
Any clues?
Nothing yet on top of my head but this seems to be a common issue. I would call the tech support and see what they have to say about this.
