Last week I took out the Business Complete Call Package on an new business line. I also took out, on the advice of the sales person, a BT mobile on the Talk Time Solo Platinum package as the salesperson told me all diverted calls from my business line to my BT Mobile would be free (other than the monthly cost of the actual Call Divert feature).
I would just like to confirm that any calls diverted from my business line to my BT Mobile will indeed be free?
Finally, is there a customer service phone number for BT Business as I requested four features - Call Divert, Call Waiting, Ring Back and Caller Display which are still not activated on my line.
