I have a line connected to my phone system that I really don't use - and I am wondering the best way to go about getting it removed. I believe I am out of contract, and I do not want any of my other services to be impacted.

You should be able to cancel this line via our Customer Options Team You can get them on 0800 800 152 and they are open Monday to Friday 8am-6pm. If you give them a buzz they should get everyone sorted for you!
