Complaint procedure

Does anyone know how i get in touch with the Directors complaints office, I've already been in contact with them and they have called me but I need to speak to them again cheers

Hi,

 

All I can suggest is to raise a query in the same way you did before.  If the query is with the original complaint then someone will pass it on.
