Landline rings mobiles on its own

Hi

Has anyone any idea why this happens.

We have cordless phones in the office and for some reason the landline will ring the mobile numbers of our staff.  They are short calls, often a second or two and then cut off.  The staff also get cold calls at the same time.  The phone quality is not good.

Does anyone have any ideas - it is driving us made

With many thanks

Hi Karen,

That is an interesting problem.

What sort of handsets and phone system do you have?

Do you have the option with your phone set-up to divert calls to a mobile or mobiles?

Regards,

Stuart

Hi

We have had various handsets - started with voip, then cordless and now an analogy system.

We have a divert on from the old voip system.

It does not appear to do it on corded phones.

It is driving us mad
