I have the company's broadband account online, but there doesn't appear to be anywhere to set up the telephone account online as well. I want the phone account online and be able to switch to paperless billing and direct debit before we start incurring even more administration fees . Curerently we are charged £3 a month "processing fee". Starting in November, you'll be hit with a £6 fee for an itemised paper bill.
However the www.bt.com/business/billoptions page doesn't work. All I get is an error message. How can I get the telephone account set up online along with the company broadband account? Surely it isn't that difficult.
