Hi,
I am trying to discover how the BT Quantum outputs the call logging data for use by third party call logging software?
The Quantum Administrators Manual explains clearly how the call logs can be retrieved from the system manually but I cannot believe it is not possible to get a real time feed so the data can be handled by a third party solution.
Has anyone got any in depth experience of call logging with the Quantum please?
