I can't login to our business account using the @btconnect.com.
I get invalid username/password.
The password reminder failed to recognise the correct Mother's maiden name.
I was then told I have to wait 20 minutes due to unsuccessful login attempts.
I waited over an hour and tried again in a different browser. This time instantly told told I have to wait 20 minutes due to unsuccessful login attempts.
I have repeated the cycle with no success.
Totally stuck in limbo and cannot access the Manage Services part of our account.
As usual with BT finding a support number to speak to someone is impossible! (Easy to find sales numbers of course)
