Cannot log in to account

I can't login to our business account using the @btconnect.com.

 

I get invalid username/password.

 

The password reminder failed to recognise the correct Mother's maiden name.

 

I was then told I have to wait 20 minutes due to unsuccessful login attempts. 

 

I waited over an hour and tried again in a different browser. This time instantly told told I have to wait 20 minutes due to unsuccessful login attempts. 

 

I have repeated the cycle with no success.

 

Totally stuck in limbo and cannot access the Manage Services part of our account.

 

As usual with BT finding a support number to speak to someone is impossible! (Easy to find sales numbers of course)

if you have any fault or problem with a business account the phone number to call is 0800 800 154.  Or you can go to our Contact us page to get the number or chat in to the business helpdesk.
