Not sure where to get help with this. We need another broadband source in our property and have been told we have a 'silver' address. Called business help who told me it was nothing to do with them and to call Royal Mail. Called Royal Mail who took the time to check both their databases and everything is 100% correct, so they said to contact BT again and the person I spoke to clearly wasn't very thorough. Having already spent hours on this and not wanting to be fobbed off again by another call centre person, are there any other ways of connecting with someone at BT who can help? Thanks
