Domain Manager website forwarding

I simple want to forward a domain I have registerd with BT, on my business account. The manager, basic and advanced will not let me do this, as the fields are greyed out. I dont not use this URL at this time and there should be no reason why I cant forard this.

Any help ?

Hi tizzme,

it would appear the fields are locked, if they are grey, if you contact the helpdesk or go to our domain help center you can get the issue resolved.
