Following email received from info@internetregistrarorganisation.com

 

This courtesy notice is to inform you that it's time you close on enlistment of xyz.com for submission on web search tools, which will no longer be available if you do not make a move to close.

You are under no commitment to furnish the financial consideration of this notice as expressed below unless you accede to this offer. Try not to thrash this update. This notification is not an invoice but to ensure you know closing on submission of your domain on search engines will guarantee your clients are engaged to your online business.

Failure to complete your site submission may result in the cancellation of this offer, making it difficult for your customers to locate you on the web.

Personally I would call this a boiler room scam, putting pressure on someone to make a purchase.  It does not look genuine to me, just looks like the all too numberous emails and phone calls I get at work on an almost daily basis.  Hope that you have not renewed with them.
