HTTPS Support

Hey BT Business!

 

We are trying to configure our website to work with HTTPS but have had some trouble. The BT Business SSLManager tells us that we have successfully installed an SSL certificate and then asks us to move the website files into the /secure folder. We have tried this but are still unable to load the https site.

 

We are using the content management system Drupal to build the site if that helps.

 

Are there any obvious steps that we have missed?

I finally got some info on this one. So when you got the SSL and activated it, you should have been provided an IP address for your A recond which needs to be updated with your host (who I assume is ourselves) - this needs to be updated for this to work. If you contact our DNS Livechat desk they should be able to get that set up for you Smiley Happy
