Transfering my domain away from BT

I have had a new website built and will be hosted from new provider. I have filled in the tranfer away form a number of times without any response, i have also gone through to te e-mail form twice now. again no response.

 

Does anyone have a number i can ring and speak to someone who doesn't just direct me to the forms?

If I were you I would call them up and say "I need to talk to second-line support, because I have a deeply technical question that's been causing us to waste a lot of time with each other" -- in the past I have got stuck with first-line support (the people who answer the phone initially) because they only know very surface-level stuff, hence you get sent from pillar to post.
