BT Complete Wifi Disc not acting like extenders

Bt one phone issues

So for 2 months our main telephone number cannot be reached when dialing from a normal landline.  Weekly conversations instigated by us with the indian call centre, follow the normal script we are so sorry it is with the tier 2 team we are working on...
