If your email account isn't going through migration to the new 365 servers then you can do the following:
- Log into http://www.myoffice.bt.com
- There will be a link called "Manage Services" click on that and enter your primary email address and password
- On the following page there will be a section called "Emails" click on the button "Email Summary"
- This will bring up, as the name suggests, a summary of your email accounts, select the email in question and chose the option "Edit License"
- From here you can select up to 250MB storage space per email account unless the overall allowance for all of your emails has been reached.
