BT ignoring complaints! Rant alert!

Business Customer Services are so frustrating! They totally ignore complaints and will not get back in contact. Every time I phone I get told a manger will call back within 2 hours but they never do. Every one I speak to says they will now take responsibility for my case but then I don't hear from them again! Every one says they will escalate my complaint but can't explain what this escalation might involve. It certainly doesn't seem to do anything.

Does anyone have any advice on how to get a manager to talk to me? The people I speak to are very polite but they can do nothing to help. 

I am so frustrated
