We have recently signed-up for the enhanced broadband and phone package with a static IP.
I understand that whilst there is a general username and password to use when setting-up a third party router using the PPPoE option, this only provides access to a dynamic IP. I have gone through all of the information provided upon the completion of the installation and provided by the BT dashboard, but cannot find a username and password that provides access to our static IP.
Please can someone direct me to where I will find this.
