Why does Smart Hub 3 not accept hgclick?

I am trying to login to my own broadband service using the username and password from BT. This is not being accepted by the new Smart Hub 3. I am stuck on the generic username and I cannot use my static IP.

My Username layout: *******@hg70.btclick.com

This is accepted no problem by my Smart Hub 2, but the speeds are half than what I can get with the Hub 3.

I receive the error below:

Please help me fix this as I keep losing sync to BT and I cannot use my static IP address.

What do you mean by your own broadband service?  You can't connect to any broadband sevice other than BT's if you use their equipment!
