Trouble sending emails to btconnect.com email addresses.

Hi, we are having difficulty sending emails to our clients that have btconnect.com email addresses.

We've contacted our provider who facilitate the delivery of our emails and they have said its a common problem that affects allot of their customers and have put it down to BT's policies being so strict. Their advice was to ask our clients for alternative email addresses...

All our SPF and DKIM settings are correct and this issue only affects btconnect addresses, I've checked all that popular blacklists and we are not listed.

Looking at the send logs from our mail platform it looks like BT use outlook, but we have no problems emailing outlook addresses.

hi James, All that log shows is the mail was delivered into the queue, It would require BT now to check the BT logs to see if they delivered it, thanks plumly

Hi Plumly,

I know that I was just providing it so they can see it did hit their servers and was accepted.

The problem is that any person/business we email that uses BT for their mail doesn't receive our messages at all, not in spam, not in inbox.

Nor do we get a bounce email to advise of non-delivery its really a problem and we are having to advise our clients to use another provider so that we can email them.

Thanks

James
