I have just swopped to btconnect and can't get my out going mail server to work. I am on o2 and have a I phone 4 . Upto I swopped to btconnect my email have worked fine.

apparently O2 block port 25 which btconnect uses as the outgoing mail server, however there are ways around it as per the previous article.

I have changed my outgoing mail server to smtp.o2.uk but still no joy. Why has is worked trouble free for years but minute a change to bt it stops working ?

Hi all called o2 tec and they sorted it in five mins

What advice were you given from O2? Or what did they do?
