Please help, I had not ticked the box in my email settings to 'leave a copy on server' and now while performing an upgrade on my pc I have lost all my emails. I checked on the webmail and there is none there either. Is there a way in retrieving them back from perhaps a bt back up or something or once they move from the server down to my pc are they gone for good?? URGENT reply plz.,

I'm afraid there is no way to get emails back if you have not left a copy on the email server.
The emails will still be on your PC as long as you have not wiped your harddisk.
If you are using Outlook as a client you would have to use the inbox repair tool to recover the emails. The website below explains how to do this.
