Hi, I have recently taken delivey of a BT Falcon Mk2 IP Phone TB-30, I don't plan to use it on the BT Hosted VoIP service I want to connect it to my own VoIP Server. Hence I need to configure it manually.
The simple guide that came with it doesn't mention, the default password to get in to the "Admin" menu. I found a full user guide on the web here .. http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/euf/assets/pdf/BT%2
However in there it says the default password is "0000" I've tried this and all I get is "Input Error !!!".
The Phone's firmware is currently v1.70.4 is there a later version if so where can I get a copy of it from?
Kind Regards
Plasma

Never mind I've found the answer! The phone is made by Thompson (same people who make the BT Home hubs).
Thompson Websiite - http://www.technicolorbroadbandpartner.com/telepho
The usefully provide an Admin Guide which states on page 54 ..
Step 2 – Connect to the IP Phone web server
1) Start a web browser session
2) Input the phone‟s IP address into the address field. For example:
i. http://10.1.97.6 for user mode.
ii. http://10.1.97.6/admin.html for admin mode.
3) Enter the username (by default: administrator)
4) Enter the password (by default: 784518)
5) Once the process is completed, you can change the settings values to your convenience.
Hope that helps others with the same problem.
Cheers
