Cannot program versatility

Hi,

We have a versatility system that was answering calls through a group divert on no answer. Each phone lit up when there was a message and each phone had 'new group message' in the display. Messages were accessible by any extension. This has now stopped working and I cannot reset it at extension 20 nor can I even set the time and date. I have tried changing the phones at the extension in case it is the phone itself but it hasn't made any difference. We had been trying to set up the auto attendant prior to this happening. I have checked that this is off. The only anwering system we can use now is the system voice mail box which only I can access. Please help!
