Hi everyone
I have a featureline at the moment in my office but due to the recession I am going to have to move the business back home and cancel the featureline (with 2.5 years left to run on the contract).
The number is advertised in the local business directories so I have to keep it (thankfully it's in the same area code), but it will have to ring through to a phone line which is LLU'd with another provider.
Can anyone give me any ideas if this is possible and how I would go about it?
From what I have been reading I will also require a call divert message telling people of the new number costing £11+VAT per month...is that still correct? If so, can that be used when the line has been cancelled?
Many thanks in advance! ![]()
