ISDN2 call forwarding query

Hi, we've got an end user with ISDN2 who is looking for call divert options for out of hours and weekend use.  Am I right in thinking that customer controlled call forwarding (on no reply) will allow them to choose when the divert is active, assuming their phone system supports this service?

 

Any advice greatly appreciated, thanks.
