Hello
I have auto attendant back working after a power outage
press 1 appears to work as it rings the correct group- or appears to
press 2 does also work but the group for press 1 option ( im assured its group 20)
is set to a huint group with 3 members hunt timer set to 8.
The first extension rings and keeps ringing and nothing happens.
Short of removing extensions from groups to test it does reach group 20 on pressing 1 im at a loss
Could anyone point me in the right direction.
I confess I feel a bit of a fool because its worked before
