Can anyone tell me how to stop emails being bounced of my account. They all seem to come from jjwdigital in the first place and go to hundreds of people I don't know. I just keep getting @system admin  or mail delivery errors into my mail box. Have tried sending them all to BT but that's another black hole. Have never been to this website and given them my e-mail.

There should be an option on your webmail. Like filter by sender address or alike. You can also set the filter at your email client. Also try to open up a ticket with them and see if there are any other option.

The bigger concern is what is causing these to come in in the first place,

has someone Spoofed your account/ do you have a virus on your PC which is sending these mails, Just ignoring these is a bad idea,

I would suggest running a full virus sweep on all computers/Servers/phones etc that is within your local Network, and any other PC which you know has the E-mail address on,

then if that doesn't resolve the issue i would change the password for that user,

If that still doesn't help i would suggest to contact the BT Customer Security Team to try and find out what is going on, and for some further advise,
