Does anybody have any experience with this product? I am not getting the email from the shop and I have opted for entering my own smtp details. It keeps saying no connection. Host: mail.btconnect.com User: as per BT user name Password: as per BT email Port: 25 or 587 Does anybody know why this does not work as Interspire as telling me hat it is a BT problem not theirs? Thanks

Check if you can ping mail.btconnect.com. If not run a tracert on it to see where it fails. There might be no route to that SMTP server.

mail.btconnect.com uses port 25, ALD2355
Not had any Other Experiance with Interspire sadly,
Just another one try using SMTP.btconnect.com (with the same settings "Port" 25) and see if that helps
