wifi extender smart hub 3

I have a smart hub 3 for business and a smart hub 2 for home. When I connect a wifi extender to the smart hub  2 it connects almost immediately , but it won't connect to the smart hub 3, is the smart hub 3 restricted for wifi extenders? thx  

No landline connection

I have a Panasonic landline and it’s saying check phone line when I searched up on the internet it’s saying the base isn’t detecting a dial tone what do I need to do to resolve this many thanks

I am supposed to get paper bills but you don't send them I then requested an email with bill to download.You have sent me a bill belonging to a lady in Scotland.This is totally unaceptable how can I pay when you can't send a bill out
