I was told "The number you have dialled has not been recognised".

But this is the number I was given yesterday by the twitter BT Service Status update site.

I tweeted them that it didn't work but their robot couldn't understand !!!!

Someone should fix it.

The number has now been updated and the issue was replied to on thread - We’ll tweet you with updates on your Broadband fault progress
