Help, new system how to add contacts

Just plugged in 2 x T46u and a W79p phones.  I can not figure out how to add contacts, this is my first digital setup.If I press Directory on the phone it just says "can not download PLCM phonebook".  ThanksWayne.

HUB3 will not link to Advanced Digital home phone

I've tried with two different handsets,1- Press WPS button on Hub, blue light flashes, and flashes and flashes, phone eventually says "connection failed".I have 3 of the Cisco desktop phones which work fine with the Hub.Any suggestions?
