we are attempting to get a broadband service to our new office premises order taken completion date given modem delivered, etc etc then nothing,
when we contact BT they say the order has been cancelled because the address does not match their data base,
we need to reorder so again we reorder making sure the address etc is correct, and wait another 10 days,----
AND NOTHING......... so we contact BT again , .....aagain apologies and promises and another reorder, ......10 days later and another modem and still no service, and we contact BT again, and again its cancelled without explanation or contact........ promises of expidition and special treatment, so we reorder again......... and again rejected and cancelled without explanation,
were still without broadband, our premises are not new they have been in exsistance for over 150 years

Sounds like openreach have the wrong details, only way to get openreach to check the whole thing is by something called an ORDI request.
Sales should be able to mail the ORDI team to do this for you. If not call order managment and request it. If they don't know what you are talking about then escalate.
